Congratulations! Your Getting Married!

If your wedding date is within the next 6-12 months, now is a good time to reach out to us to determine our availability. We’ll then instruct you to order your tasting kit that you and your fiancé can enjoy in the privacy of your own home. 

It is helpful if you already have your venue and caterer booked and have confirmed that an outside cake vendor is allowed. 

During your at home tasting, you’ll have the chance to sample a curated selection of our most popular flavors. Follow the link below to book your tasting kit.

Our tasting kits are available to pre-order all year round, and available for pickup from our Burlington or Raleigh offices. 

Gather which styles or designs you’re attracted to. There’s so many possibilities for us to curate something to suit your wedding aesthetic exactly. Are you thinking minimalist, lots of color, all white, buttercream, rustic, fresh flowers, metallics, fondant, tiered, single tier with cupcakes, dessert table? Theres lots of options out there, and it’s OK if you’re unsure! We can always discuss what you’re hoping to achieve and go from there! If you’re completely overwhelmed, just give us access to your pinterest dream board and we can come up with a sketch of something we believe you will absolutely love & will be special just for you.

Booking your wedding cake with us is super simple! Probably the easiest part of the whole experience! Just let us know when your ready to set things in stone & pay a 10% deposit. We will then add you to our calendar and block your date. 

It’s that simple! 

 So now your booked, and the countdown has begun!! What’s next you ask? Well to put your mind at ease, here’s how the timeline will go! If you have a full service wedding planner or a day of planner, they should reach out to me once you give them your vendor list. If they haven’t reached out by at least 45 days till, ill reach out to you to confirm your planner info & introduce myself to them. 

Ill then reach out to you directly at 14 days out and confirm your order details. 

Your remaining balance will be due this day as well.

2 weeks till, yes, things are getting REAL now!! 2 weeks out, ill give your planner a quick call, confirm venue date, location and time for delivery and setup. If we have floral details for the cake from a florist ill confirm those details with your planner as well. 

DAY OF!! OH EM GEE! You made it & its real and its happening! & really, you dont need to worry about the details on your big day, but if you made it this far - you deserve to know! Your big day, ill arrive at the Venue at the designated time and ill set up your cake, which may consist of stacking tiers, piping boarders, adding pieces and so much more, so don’t panic if you by chance see me & my team with your cake and its not show stopper ready! Because it will be before we leave the venue! ill set up desserts if you ordered any, and ill add the topper you leave on your cake table for me, ill add any floral pieces your florist leaves for me and my job is then done. 

Typically the box will be left under the table (if the cloth is long enough) for any left over cake to be stored and taken home & your caterer will cut and serve your cake after you and the bride/groom has cut your slices and taken photos!
